Paper Cutting Machine Installation: SQZK-1300TM

After the user receives the machine, first open the case cover, then split the side plate around and double-check whether the machine is injury in the moving , according to the packing list of the items listed to be checked.

Before installing the machine, the seal paper, anti-rust oil on the surface of machine should be clean, and the machine should be coated with an appropriate lubricant according to maintenance requirements. When lifting the machine in short range, first unloaded the ‘middle side cover plate ‘on the subject, tighten the two 2 eye screws in toolbox in the machine body, lifting with the lifting rope (see "Starting layout") to avoid damage the machine parts when lifting.

Machines should be installed in the surface of the foundations of concrete, after installation of the main machine, the level of machine should be corrected, and then stretching the worktable from back of the main machine, and put the"positioning column" under the table into the hole on the rack beams.

When stretch the worktable from back of the main machine, please note that the button , gear, insurance, seat and other parts at the bottom of table not subject to collision. Then use the brace to shore workbench. The article tooth of pushing pieces of paper box and the alveoli of paperweights should be without any collision phenomenon. If appears this phenomenon, it can be resolved by adjusting the guide plates in right and left sides of paperweights.

The "strut bar"under the rotating flat-panel can adjust the perpendicularity between the worktable and the knife bed, or the parallel degree between the worktable and the bottom of the paperweights. Adjust the level top wire of the main beams, to make regulatory board of the worktable is vertical with the cut lines,fastening it with four bolts after adjusted.
Finally install a small platform on both sides of worktable.

After the above items, all of the screws, nuts, bond sales, etc. inside the machine whether loosening fasteners or not should be thorough checked.
